Want to learn more about the proposed School of Medicine at York U? Interim Dean Chris Ardern invites you to a Student Virtual Town Hall on Thursday, February 13th from 1:30-2:30pm. This information session comes after the Senate of York University voted 77% in favor of the “In Principle” motion to establish a School of Medicine (SoM) as an academic unit in the Faculty of Health. In this session there will be a presentation from the SoM Planning Group (Co-Chair, Chris Perry), followed by a student-moderated Q and A. The Town Hall is open to all current Faculty of Health students with pre-registration. Space is limited.
